72 Holes Stroke Play
Field Limited to 144 Players
Open to women amateur golfers. By invitation only. Play will be conducted in two divisions.

Please indicate on your entry application the division in which you will play. (Tournament Committee reserves the right to determine number of players in each division.)

Championship Division: 100 players with handicap index of 16.4 and under

Ben Roman Division: 44 players with handicap index of 7.0 to 24.4.


Entry Fee: $250.00
Entries Close November 30, 2009
Entrie Fee includes cart and green fee for one practice round and four tournament rounds. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged for accepted entries.

Monday, Jan. 4, 2pm to 5pm EST, Tuesday Jan. 5, 9am to 1pm EST

All Entrants must either:

1. Register in person at Harder Hall CC before 1pm Tuesday January 5 OR
2. Notify Carol Semple Thompson by phone or letter of your arrival time or your place may be forfeited.

Practice Round, Tuesday January 5
Please call Harder Hall CC Pro Shop (863-382-0500) by January 3 to schedule practice round starting time. Additional practice rounds are permitted at a special rate.


Wednesday & Thursday, January 6 & 7
Rounds One and Two
First two rounds will be included in the 72 hole total.
Flights determined after 36 holes and arranged by Committee.
HHWI Championship Flight: low 36 scores.
Ties for all flights to be determined by USGA recommended method of matching scorecards.


Friday & Saturday, January 8 & 9
Final 36 Holes
Prizes:
Are awarded on Saturday immediately following completion of play of all flights. Forever Forty-Nine prizes will be awarded in the Championship Division. Players MUST be present to receive their Pro Shop gift certificates

Caddies:
A player may bring or employ a caddie. A player's clubs must be on the cart and the player must ride that cart. Caddies and spectators must walk at all times.
